Jane Cooper - Menstrual Madness Founder
Hello there! I’m Jane Cooper, a passionate advocate for women’s health and empowerment. I’m the founder of Menstrual Madness, a website dedicated to educating women about their menstrual cycles, providing insights into available products, and fostering a supportive community.
My journey towards creating Menstrual Madness began with my personal experience battling endometriosis. The excruciating pain, misunderstood symptoms, and emotional toll it took on me ignited a fire within. I realized that too many women suffer in silence, struggling to understand their bodies and find relief. I was determined to change that.
Menstrual Madness emerged from my desire to create a safe space where women could learn, share, and connect. Through this platform, I aim to empower women with comprehensive knowledge about their cycles and the array of menstrual products available, from tampons and pads to innovative options like menstrual cups and discs.
My personal battle with endometriosis taught me the power of community and shared experiences. I know the isolation that comes with an invisible illness, and I want to change that narrative. At Menstrual Madness, I invite women to share their stories – tales of strength, resilience, and the daily triumphs over the challenges that our bodies may throw our way.
Endometriosis sparked a passion for education, empathy, and unity within me. I believe that when women share their stories, they not only find solace but also realize they are not alone. Together, we can break the stigma surrounding menstrual health issues, encourage open conversations, and foster a sisterhood that uplifts and supports one another.
Whether you’re seeking information about managing your cycle, exploring different menstrual products, or simply looking for a community that understands, Menstrual Madness is here for you. Join me on this journey of education, empowerment, and unity – because every woman deserves to embrace her body, celebrate her strength, and share her story.
With love and solidarity,
Jane Cooper
